To ensure you get the right service with respect to selecting the right home for yourself and family; Atlas International, realised that by providing the necessary support functions and engaging our own "Team of Real Estate Agents" who are pre-qualified and briefed to understand the unique needs of incoming Expatriate Families and not limited to and focused on and around the properties currently listed by any one agent
Our Home Search Services and subsequent property visits are "client specific" ( based on budget, and desired location) and all properties selected will be based on pre-determined requirements during stage 1 of the relocation process.
All developers, landlords and owners are screened so that properties visited match the explicit requirements of the relocating expatriate family
Property Visits
Visits of pre-determined and pre-screened properties will be scheduled and visited (either during preview trip - or on arrival) a member of the executive staff will accompany the family at all times; to advise and translate (if required) on the distinct advantages or disadvantages of each selected location and property viewed.
Families then can shortlist their desired properties; at this stage; we will assist with the initial negotiations on behalf of the family with the landlords, developers or owners, advising them and making each party aware of the terms and conditions of the "Standard Tenancy Agreement" normally provided by the sponsoring company; if however, this is not available; we will assist in drafting a standard tenancy agreement on behalf of the incoming family (a nominal fee will be charged for this service)
We will prepare the Tenancy Agreement based on the pre-agreed terms and conditions (allowances, budget etc) with the landlord, owner or developer. We will obtain all relevant signatures for commencement of the lease and organise the eventual stamping of the tenancy agreement.
